(Farmington Hills, MI 48335) Seeking Volunteer Recruitment Coordinators (VRC) to contact local business owners and corporate executives to invite their participation in an unusual, exciting, community-wide event to raise funds for local families. Must be a pleasant, expressive candidate who enjoys talking to others and can encourage others to rally around a great community cause. Personality plus is a necessity. Must have the ability to perform the same task hour after hour, day after day and enjoy it. Must be dependable, mature, exhibit good listening skills, and are trainable. (Will be giving people an opportunity to make a difference for local families struggling with neuromuscular disease.) VR' are presenting an opportunity for members of the business community to network with one another and have a lot of fun while they help others. 

 

Work hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The work environment is honest and casual but is geared toward getting maximum results. Seeking candidates, who thrive on goals, are not afraid to pick up the phone, are confident and outgoing, Must be able to laugh, ask probing questions, ask for referrals and close. Must be able to pass criminal background check and have positive references. 
 

This is all outbound calling to recruit executives to be involved in a social event fund-raiser. Must meet minimum recruitment goals and be comfortable dealing exclusively with top management and executives.
