Seeking a market leader to: Help grow established Aviation Architecture practice within the Architecture Service.

Working closely with the Aviation Group will develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing plan for the Aviation Architecture; will participate in the development of the Service's Strategic Plan Strong role in client development/relationships and client maintenance to generate work for Aviation Architecture Reviews proposals and selects interview teams; reviews and recommends project/program marketing budgets subject to approval by senior management Strong marketing skills, fiscal management, team management, and leadership skills; ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various offices to grow Aviation Architecture practice to produce budgeted goals for sales, profits and overall results

Requirements 15 to 20 Years experience in Aviation Architecture Degree in Architecture Registered Architect Located in Atlanta or Tampa or Orlando or willing to move Strong Marketing skills Relationship with Aviation clients Actively involved in Aviation related professional organization
