The Client is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer/Project Manager with (5) or more years of industrial experience in the Mechanical Contracting industry. The company has been in business for over 50 years and have multiple locations across the state of Michigan. This specific position will be for the Grand Rapids, MI area.

The successful candidate will have a book of business, established relationships in the Mechanical industry. They will be a team player; self-starter with the desire to grow. A soup to nuts/cradle to grave person would be ideal. Someone who is able to find, estimate and then manage the projects awarded. A degree is not required but would be a plus.

They should have a track record in securing and managing industrial projects. This individual will be involved in marketing; business development; negotiating construction purchases & buyouts and estimating change orders. Salary is commensurate with experience and they offer a very competitive compensation program. There will be annual reviews and potential for continued growth and advancement.
