Position Summary:
Overview responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout.
- Ensuring that both the expectations and budgetary guidelines are met or exceeded.
- Managing the project from beginning to end including: budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality, and overall progress against the plan.
Specific responsibilities:
- Lead and Communicate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to adhere to project schedule.
- Represent company with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors
- Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Build effective working relationships with clients and project team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline
- 7+ years experience in managing health care projects of reasonable project size/scope
