Bachelor's degree in Interior or Industrial Design or foreign equivalent plus two years experience to include residential, retail, and commercial/corporate interior projects; space planning and programming; furniture design; developing furniture standards and color, material, finish selection, finish boards and finish binders; custom detailing; hand renderings and sketches; design development using AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Premiere, and Illustrator; using AutoCAD to prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details; photographing site documentation and mockups on-location; coordinating with furniture vendors and manufacturers, with MEP consultants and architects to incorporate interior designs into building designs |
