Job Description
Major GC/CM company with a growing backlog of projects in the $10M to $100M range. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage several smaller projects or one large project at a time. Should be computer literate in various accounting programs but client utilizes a proprietary software program and will provide training. Must have experience in client requisitions, monitor sub contractor's insurance and bond requirements, process payments to trades, update E-1 with all contract, change orders, back charges where applicable. Process monthly PPA and deal with finance department as necessary. Monitor all project financials in keeping with budgetary requirements. This is a growth oriented position leading to a controllers position. Salary based on experience and skills. Must be located in the NYC region. No relocation candidates accepted.
